This Competition is an independent educational initiative founded by [Your Name/Initiative’s Formal Name].
2. Eligibility The Competition is open to all students enrolled in Classes 6 through 12 who are residents of India. A Submission from a Participant under the age of 18 certifies that they have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian to enter and agree to these Terms.
3. Competition Period & Entry The Competition period, including the submission deadline, is specified on the official website. Participation is free of charge. Only one Submission per Participant is permitted. All entries must be made via the official online submission form.
4. Submission Requirements 4.1. All Submissions must adhere to the official Rules & Guidelines, focusing on the theme of Environment and Climate Change. 4.2. Originality, Plagiarism, and AI Usage: Submissions must be the original, unpublished work of the Participant. Plagiarism in any significant form, including failure to properly cite all sources using [Specify Style, e.g., MLA], will result in immediate disqualification. Submissions will be checked using plagiarism detection software as an indicator, followed by manual review for flagged entries. While AI tools may be used for assistance (e.g., grammar check, brainstorming), the submitted article must represent the Participant’s own ideas, analysis, and writing. Submitting work largely generated by AI as original content is strictly prohibited. 4.3. Anonymity: No personal identifying information (name, school, etc.) should be present within the article file itself to ensure a blind and fair judging process.
5. Judging and Prizes 5.1. Submissions will be judged anonymously by our expert panel based on the official Judging Rubric. The judges’ decisions are final and binding. 5.2. Prizes will be awarded across three categories (Juniors: 6-8, Seniors: 9-10, Super-Seniors: 11-12) as detailed on the “Prizes” page of our Website. The total prize pool is ₹35,000. 5.3. Winners will be notified via email and may be required to complete a verification process, including proof of age, class, and identity, as well as parental consent confirmation.
6. Intellectual Property Rights 6.1. The Participant retains full copyright to their submitted article. 6.2. By entering the Competition, the Participant grants WriteToWin a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to publish, display, reproduce, and distribute the Submission (with full author attribution) on its website, social media, and in related materials (like a potential e-book compendium) to further the mission of spreading environmental awareness.

8. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law The Organiser is not responsible for lost, late, or technically corrupted entries. This Competition and these Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
